Horror Hospital is a shooter game where you’ll battle clowns in an abandoned hospital. This place is drenched in blood and fear. Once you’re here, you’ll want to run, but there’s no way out—so your only chance to survive is to fight back. Grab a weapon and join the battle. At every turn, you’ll encounter local orderlies who will attack you—and if you don’t fight back, you’ll die.
Buy weapons or choose from the available arsenal. Prepare for battle as you move through the eerie, dark corridors. Fend off attacks from clowns lurking in the building’s dark corners. Aim for the head and take down aggressive enemies as you climb the leaderboard. Use your pistol ammo wisely and make sure you don’t run out at the worst possible moment.
